Device comp plan

What is it like?

 

You sell it, they pay you. Next year you sell more, they pay you less

 

Worst comp plan at the company. Any rep with talent will be gone by 2021

 

Amen to that, I’m gonna shoot to be gone before Independence Day.... it’s time to upgrade.

 

I heard there's a device rep considering moving to BIO. That's how you KNOW its bad...

 

That's the most sad thing I've ever heard. At this point you could likely go be an Associate for your ASD rep and make more. Or, Osiris..

 

To that point... what's the comp plan for Osiris?

 

I don’t know. A lot more than device though. Top 3 reps are hitting 300-400

 

Is device the pico vac? Recruiter called about that this week. Any guidance?

 

The joint reps really getting Zero thru this?

 

Yes device is PICO. advice is to make over 120k it'll be hard for you.
