Has is changed.....or is still hiring the young, good looking Ken and Barbie types with little or no experience and paying a real low salary?
Hasn't changed since the old Forest Days! I remember the 8-10 Forest Reps huddling up on Monday mornings at an Atlanta area Starbucks to plan their weekly routing schedule. They were so cute and excited! Looked like they were all recent SEC college cheerleader grads. Some things never change!
Sad part is the managers all think they r all that. Interviewed with a TN mgr, omg, asked stupid questions that u would ask a new rep...so how do u do routing, what do u do when a dr won’t see u, how do u plan your day...really? Asked him some challenging questions, needless to say wasn’t impressed and he hired a b2b exp, no pharma exp...oh well
Very well laid waiters with company cars Thanks for calling us Ken and Barbies. good to know i still look good Yes, we meet at panera to strategize often. We also have tons of micromanaging and conference calls. Between the number of primary care reps and specialty reps, there could be 7+ people in a pod. Add in the manager who insists on too many field rides, that’s up to 10 people selling the same products in a territory at any given time. The meetings basically are about avoiding multiple reps calling on the same target back to back to back so you don’t look like idiots
