K are you really aware?

    As our CEO we are looking to you for leadership now. Please clean house starting with the EVPs of Marketing and Sales. These 2 are the demise of this company! No one respects, trusts or want to work with them. Time for a change! New and tenured TMs really want some real meaningful change.

    Not going to happen. I work in the SF office and the C-Level staff is a total boys club, but it's really not unlike most other tech executive teams. The VP of Marketing is despised by most all other departments ...and finance are shocked at the invoice amounts from all his contractors.

    That's not going to happen. The executive staff is a total boys-club and it's doubtful the CEO will get rid of those two. I do work in the SF office and can say the VP of marketing is despised by most departments who have to work with him ....the finance dept is shocked by the huge invoices that come in monthly from his "consultants". Monthly invoices the size of yearly IRTC salaries.

    Marketing isn't the only department that relies on consultants to tell EVPs how to run their business. Finance, HR and others buy the experience and knowledge the senior leaders lack. It is hard to follow a leader who doesn't know where they are going.

    Well clearly legal and finance can step in an stop DB on his power trip. Is this why he had to get rid so many good people to "pay" his consultants? Makes you wonder if he is getting a huge kick back or is he hiding behind them. Consultants getting paid the big bucks won't turn you in right roller skater? Kevin come on you know what happened at Alivecor?

    You mean a legit evil narcissist right. Paying his circle more than RSDs and TMs. Letting go quality people so he can bring on his personal overpaid consultant with zero healthcare experience? You are a legit idiot if you believe what you wrote.

    This is all so sad. why do people that are bitter stay with a company if they don't like it? Why not just leave if you are so bitter. A lot of people trying really hard to do the right thing on all levels. These sites are usually filled with 3-4 bitter individuals that perpetuate garbage. What a cesspool this place is.

    I wonder who he is paying now since we are all homebound! Time to get rid of the useless CX team. TMs BEWARE they are trying to get all of your contacts to bridge the gap when they get rid of you!
