No. Extremely low comp compared to growth expectations. Upper level management is horrid, concerned ONLY with micromanaging sales activity.

Why the fuck would they do that? Complete disaster, brought in a crew full of GI has-beens to lead a team

The only thing they are building is a culture of micromanagement, insane quotas, high turnover, and low comp. Worst head in the sand management in the history of med device sales. Run Forest run!

 

why is it so bad? The GI and ENT businesses are meant to be massively expanding franchises. I don't get it.
