Kevin Conroy’s words as he addressed Covid-19 pandemic a month ago. Sine this pandemic team meets daily, why know update from Kevin?

PCPs are soon going to have to see patients again. This will certainly happen this year, and certainly before we have a vaccine. Telehealth will allow for some Cologuard ordering, but other routine health checks can’t.

But how would that look? Would physicians/staff be tested to ensure the patients’ safety? A virus-free certified practice? Still, wearing masks and employing temp checks and other safety measures?

And if physicians start to see patients under these conditions, what would it look like for Exact sales reps? Would reps have to be tested for the virus. Virus-certified reps are only allowed to meet with physicians? Some docs will not be comfortable with Zoom – at least not for all occasions.

In order to start repairing the financial damage to Exact and other diagnostic companies, will these revenue producers all be tested retro-actively, while Covid-19 test becomes a standard pre-employment check for client-facing positions?

We’ll see what is said on the May 6th earnings conference call. There must be some unveiling of a master plan to show how this can be done. CRC is certainly not going to wait for this plan.

Speaking of “plan”...read what they granted themselves to vote on for that May 6 call. Looks like we’re fighting over pennies and majority of us will probably be gone by then.
