Award recap:Women win 98 of performance awards, zero women giving them out on stage. Meaning the women do the work here but the men are ‘leaders’.

Group is cool test fun to sell, company has no clue. clusterfuck. Client relationship reps and lab so bad you won’t get a repeat customer. Science team worse then a joke. Their going to add another 25 reps and bill. Good luck in bankruptcy. Doesn’t matter how good test is they cant deliver. SM needs to go and get someone who knows oncology. vp who says trust me no plan how to fix things Embarrassing. Frat culture low quality shit. Free booze and hot dumb chicks at nsm don’t make up for it. All looking for jobs.

How funny to read this. You all who responded are morons. 98% got awards? Really? 65% of the salesforce is female, simple math says they should win the majority of awards. They didn’t win 98%.

No women in the top level? How many are getting there? Not that many hot dumb chicks at GSM. I guess we will keep taking your market share...please go to another company. It will be fun to watch you quit in a year....

You probably shouldn’t complain about how dumb everyone is when you’ve yet to master which form of their, there or they’re is correct. Be a solution or you’re the problem. Grow up.

Really enjoyed the product we sold and the people I worked with. Left about 2 years ago and still have strong relationships with old co workers and accounts. My time here was marked with chaos. In the 2 years I was there, 4 geographical territory changes in our region. Management was absolutely clueless on how to run a organization. The worst I’ve ever seen honestly. Do not regret my time there, but the lack of leadership and direction made many people leave

What an ignorant statement. The company pays out at 90% goal, so you are actually 100% wrong, which means you don’t actually work there troll. Go sell your me too product for another year or two. I look forward to meeting you schleping birth control or iud’s in about 9-12 months

Well you’re 100% wrong to defend this shithole...I received my crap payout for schlepping an inferior product along douchebags like you and at this point getting out is the only goal, moron. The one thing that Natera does well though is hire shady dbags like you. I’d rather take a pay cut and sell IUDs than continue to lose my integrity along a holes like you.
