I feel like AYTU reps deserve to know how they were thought of - from an insider's perspective. You get very little info, but if you only heard what they had to say about you!

Josh - He's a good man, and he's smart. He tries so hard to make gold out of crap, and he convinces himself it is working at all times. He relies too much on his brother.

Jarrett - He takes advantage of what travel to Denver offers - late night at the bar opportunities. That's all I'll say about that. He is very overconfident in his own brilliance. He's a coward when it comes to difficult situations. Biggest mistake of all - putting Sean in charge of Sales Force.

Sean - I would like to say he's a good guy, but he talked such crap on reps, very personal comments about them. He was so demeaning in how he spoke about them and how he treated them. He loved firing people with no severance. He talked so much shit on his managers - except his favorite ones. As you all know - he takes so much pride in working so hard....but never working smart. Just not capable.

Casey - This guy constantly roles his eyes at the sales force. He's just so much smarter than you. You are so far beneath him, he can barely stand it. While his logic makes sense to him, and him alone, he is really impressed with himself! But he also talks about the sales reps as trash.

So there you go - if you're still at AYTU, you should know - it is the definition of a sinking ship, every move made out of desperation, greed, and fear. Do yourself a favor, and move on! And by the way - Sean reads cafepharma all the time, so expect a response soon that counters these opinions!

It's real shame the company turned to one desperate move after another, starting with Fiera and just compounding from that point forward.

Josh can't be that smart. If he were, hevwould make operational decisions and not just let Jarrett and Sean run his company into the toilet.

    Sad

It’s difficult to accept being fired...isn’t it. Move along now.

Sean, it's the middle of the day- shouldn't you be watching a movie alone? Fat lazy liar. You'll be unemployed soon enough. It'll be difficult to find a job anywhere else while looking so slovenly

Take is easy little fella. Sean will be just fine. A new year is almost upon us. Companies will start to hire more reps. You are sure to get an interview based upon your stellar performance at AYTU. Plus...the stock is starting to fly!! Love AYTU!!

Sad when a stock crawls over the dollar mark and people rejoice. Happy New Year lackey

It’s more sad when an employee posts negative comments regarding the company, to which he or she has offered subpar performance. It’s always someone else’s fault.

You should probably look in the mirror when doling out blame. I'm not a subpar performing employee, but apparently anyone who doesn't believe the BS that is being dispensed is labeled as such. You on the other hand have an incessant need to point fingers instead of taking at least a small amount of responsibility. No wonder the company is struggling. You probably make some of the decisions. Great job so far putz. I see you all fired almost the entire salesforce. If they ALL were that worthless, who among you hired all of those losers? But I'm sure you had nothing to do with that.....

hahaha! Well, you are correct in your assumption that I had nothing to do with your firing, as I do not work for anyone. Enjoy your “time off” as you so eloquently stated in your last interview.

    Disbrow editorializing in WSJ,

"I ran an obscure pharmaceutical company until a few days ago. Then we got famous."

ahhhh hahahaha. Please stop, I'm going to pee myself laughing if I read the rest of this piece.

    Cocky. Smug. Assholes.

As a neos rep I didn’t think it could be worse after the acquisition than before. Wrong

What a mess. Now that it’s been confirmed that the IC payout will be as bad as we all thought it would be thanks to Tim and Greg’s bloated baseline, I’m out.

Four months in and JD and GP have yet to make good on any of their statements and promises and are already pulling the plug on resourcing ADHD. We’re going to cash cow these products, including cutting reps, expenses and IC.

Interesting how valuable and great and important every rep is when they are here. But as soon as they leave, TC and GP talk sh*t on them.

AYTUrd is trying to use ADHD to fund the pipe dreams of Healight and VEDS, but like everything JD and GP try, it's DOA. All the PR about a 5 person concept study from University of Kazakh is BS, and VEDS is a long way off. No ADHD marketing or investment plus all our field sales turnover is a joke. Only desperates are coming on board now. Stock is down 50% since we were acquired. How long will it be until Josh kicks Greg out?

Is the mandatory 40 hours in the office intended to get current employees to quit or discourage prospective employees from coming on board?

And I’m assuming they’ll put trackers on field based managers as well to be sure they’re putting in the 8day/40week?

    Bad IC?
