David was not a factor in the success or failure in the organization. He was just another puppet/buffer for the GM. He wasn’t a bad guy but does anyone actually miss him? People actually miss Joe. The RM’s are the one’s we have to worry about since they are now worried about their jobs after the latest shake ups. How many of their jobs or the field jobs will eventually be eliminated so HK can add more inside people at $50k plus half the commission and no company car. Day was a lifer from Seattle that was a better politician than TM, RM, AVP or VP. He never actually achieved anything by himself. He rose the coat tails of local field reps who sold. He was eventually fired after running out of coat tails to ride.
