Looks like he needed to add to DT’s Laws.

    Performance is important...

This was not the first time a woman had to let him go due to his small performance.

DT is a total narcissist who couldn’t understand how to lead a sales team. I guess ass kissing Scott only got him so far. Good bye DT and your laws.

He did look pretty surprised when security was walking him out the door. Can someone tell Heather that she broke one of his laws.

JA should have fired him after that embarrassing sales phone call with Emory. “Sorry Joe we already sent BD the PO”

JA should have fired DT when JP out maneuvered him with HCA and took more than 20%.

Well at least DT can’t embarrass us any longer with his follower mentality. That guy never had an original idea on selling.

I wonder if he will keep his outdated tux since he won’t be wearing it at the NSM next year.

I heard Eastman Kodak needs someone in their thriving film development sales unit, he’s ideal for his 90’s ideas and sales techniques.

DT was at least loyal. Craig was his Judas selling him out to HK.

DT wasn’t that bad. Craig Prather was the AVP that sold him out to HK to save himself.

DT, Thanks for all you did for Baxter. I enjoyed working with you and would do so in the future.

David was not a factor in the success or failure in the organization. He was just another puppet/buffer for the GM. He wasn’t a bad guy but does anyone actually miss him?

People actually miss Joe. David will not even be remembered by 2020 we will be too busy being micromanaged by HK’s next diversity hire.

The RM’s are the one’s we have to worry about since they are now worried about their jobs after the latest shake ups. How many of their jobs or the field jobs will eventually be eliminated so HK can add more inside people at $50k plus half the commission and no company car.

The RM’s will sell out anyone to save their jobs. What does an RM actually do? RM’s think they babysit us but we are the one’s who bring in the money...

My RM is so concerned about micro managing stupid shit versus focusing on selling because he is so worried about his job it is pathetic.

    Grow a pair Bill.

DT it’s time to update your linkedin profile. You are gone from Baxter. Leather said you were pursuing other opportunities. We all want to know where you went after your long celebrated career at Baxter.

Is there another company where ass kissing is as celebrated as much as it is at Baxter?

I wonder if DT’s kids have to follow his laws still, after he was fired.

I would guess not at this point.

What division was this DT in?

Day was a lifer from Seattle that was a better politician than TM, RM, AVP or VP. He never actually achieved anything by himself. He rose the coat tails of local field reps who sold. He was eventually fired after running out of coat tails to ride.

DT was an incompetent VP of Sales. I feel bad for his family.

I've heard Craig threw DT under the bus to save himself, but what are the deets? I never heard why Donna C. was let go either. More changes to come.

sounds like the avp’s and upper management of advanced surgery. Incompetent people promoted, Hugh turnover, and no plan for 2020.

    sad!!
