    IW is not small pharma feel. They are run by a lot of former Novartis employees. It was sold to original launch reps as this will be different and have a small pharma feel, but when Linzess launched so did all the micromanagement and metrics. It is a heavily metric run sales force, which is fine, it it was not original sold that way to the original new hires. Stay away as it’s a wannabe company with no pipeline and far too many Allergan partners to actually work with.

    Do we work for the same company? I disagree. Irwd is not at all a micromanaged environment. Yes, there are metrics- we are in pharma. Maybe the excruciating micromanagement is your manager but I have worked for many companies and as far as company culture and how we’re treated you need to be an idiot to complain. As far as long term stability that is certainly questionable but again, we are in pharma.

    Agreed, my Manager is great. Always gonna have some metrics but definitely not micromanaged. How's everyone doing with their Veeva sales calls? Unless they want free lunch or need samples they don't want to hear from you. That is unless you master the Muldanhauer strategy for virtual calls, then you will slay it.

    Love it when managers post on here posing as reps. Please. All the managers at Ironwood are dumber than shit and everyone knows it.

    You must be a cry baby CSS that gets outsold by their Allergan newbie partner, and can’t sell their way out of a paper bag. I know your type. You constantly complained about call notes, you’re terrified to role play at company meetings, yet you’re so vocal about how great you are on conference calls. We know your type, pal, and remember who you are during calibrations..LOL

    Just an fyi, you don't sell anything. Just watch your numbers when they turn on DTC vs when it's not running. Get over yourself and realize you are a glorified caterer. Go back to your ipad and fake those call notes...

    Hey loser you are not a regional sales manager by any stretch of the imagination. But you’re right about one thing. You are a babysitter. And the dumb type of babysitter who lets the kids accidentally drown in the pool. You’re lucky in interviews if you don’t get laughed at for even having RSM on your weak ass resume. And yes we know who you are. The one secretly interviewing trying to get out of Ironwood. It’s all good, all of us are trying to leave this doomed company too.
