HR was notified, the fired, useless RBD was notified I don’t know how many times, then JB put his #1 rep on a damn PIP! HR ignored tons of documentation, Tres did too. There is no need for the district to let any RBD know about AB. If you do, you will be placed on a PIP just like JE was.

What is going on NE? Heard that there is a problem child who is off the rail. Stalking people on social media. This person does not like to be coached and if you upset them you get attacked. HR needs to get rid of this person. But like usual they won’t. I was attacked on social media and it was horrible lies. Anyone else out there getting crazy messages on social media?

 

Me too. It seems it may be a female. Why would someone be so mean. I heard many different names on posts being used. Not a
Real person on social media. This is a troubled one. This can do damage to people’s lives. HR get involved please.

Calm down Lundbeck Losers! This person is just having a little fun! But, we in HR will ride to the rescue and do a deep dive on what is happening, then we will discuss it, send a few emails around, and forget it ever happened. Now go back and work your 3 hour days!

 

2022 there back

 

They are definitely back on the Vyepti neuro team.

 

We don’t allow them on the psych side. Unlike the Vyepti team, we work a full 40 hour week, use a vis-aid on every call, have 100% access, and love our managers.

 

I wonder if anyone on the north east team was on a PIP since they all left ?
Or maybe they didn’t come from Takeda.

 

I doubt seriously they were on a PIP. They just realized there is no future here, and voted with their feet. Same thing I did a year ago. If you’re smart, you would do the same thing.
