I have been selling Linzess for years. How can I get hired by Ironwood so I can paid what I am worth? They make way more than us. Not fair!

Ummm yes it is. Even when Ironwood first launched Linzess with Allergan, the ironwood reps were making a base of $120k + and even very experienced Allergan reps may have been making $100k base at max. Most Allergan reps don’t make near $100k

 

It is true, they make about 170k which includes quarterly bonus.

 

Yes, Ironwood reps and particularly the ones first hired are making well into $130 plus in salary. By now they are easily making the above amount after annual salary increases.

Ironwood reps that are Executive CSS have a base salary of $150k plus.

 

And many of them will be laid off within weeks with the 35% reduction
