Quest is the worst company ever. Laid off a lot good employees. Despicable.

The leadership is so phony. They can't believe the BS they put out, can they ? Can they be that out of touch?

I thank you for all the information. I’m currently furloughed by quest and have no clue as to what’s going on. This forum has given me some info..I guess it’s just a waiting gamd

Quest leadership is TERRIBLE in Florida. Shady leadership in sales and Ops only cares about themselves. Major overhaul needed. When you have all health plans available, no sales experience needed. We will win the market with value added testing and above the top customer service. The days of big labs are over.

Sales people, if you are back in the field, what is the atmosphere like selling or maintaining your offices? In the South, not getting much access at all

Don't worry. As you all are home eating your cheerios, we are hitting up all of your accounts. Easy pickins!

This is likely due to the fact that you’re incompetent. My clients roll out the red carpet when I arrive. Perhaps you should be required to undergo a complete retraining program or better yet, a demotion to an RSR position.

Seems like you’re very familiar with being disciplined by your superiors. Unfortunate that you never learn to better yourself from the process.

Access has been the challenge, many accounts are literally not meeting, until COVID and the positivity rates start declining. PCP a bit more open, hospital and specialty worried about immunocompromised patients like oncs...hoping this COIVD thing passes soon. Miss the field. Making about 4-8 calls live visits per week.
