    Everyone furloughed and laid off might be brought back!

    Exact Sciences is up, albeit on modest volume, on the heels of its presentation at the BofA Securities Virtual Healthcare Conference during which it apparently reported a 60% week-over-week increase in Cologuard volume during the first week of May.

    There may be a few brought back but if leadership had any intention of bringing these people back they wouldn’t have chosen the low performers. Actions speak louder than words.

    Some people might be brought back, but it is going to be based on the need in that market. It has nothing to do with company performance. We are already so far behind where we wanted to be, it’s not like a few good weeks makes everything right. Just wait until they blow this whole thing up and start over with a new model. It’s like a bunch of bored kids are running the company, and they’re on a quest to see how much stupid shit they can do all at once. As if 2019 wasn’t bad enough...here comes 2020!

    So orders have gone up with reps sitting at home the last few months? And you think you will be brought back? Or an expansion will take place? LOL

    Acting as if you know everything. Some of the people furloughed received an award for 2019 performance- a few walked the stage in Vegas. So if you think your safe, think again your not!

    Territory Awards don’t mean anything! So many factors go into it. Goaling, Coverage, Access, Or Who Built Up and put in work there previously.

    I think he was saying it wasn’t solely based on performance. You might not like how we set goals, but it’s how we define performance. If you walked across stage at NSM and we’re furloughed a month later, I think it’s safe to say performance wasn’t the driving factor.

    As long as we are talking about BS, HOLY SHIT IVE NEVER WORKED AT FOR A COMPAY THROWS SO MUCH SHIT AT THE WALL!!! Every single fucking day it’s another training, tracker, spreadsheet, HOLY FUCKING SHIT! And the training department ? FUCK! They are working hard to come up with some absolute BULL SHIT. Who the hell gave the training department the keys?! They are making everyone’s life absolutely MISERABLE. The most recent trainings are so embarrassing, half the trainers are on there bouncing leadership of the call off each other for a fucking hour with ZERO continuity. They have to feel ridiculous doing these calls, they have to know how silly and useless they sound. They have to. THEY HAVE TO.

    They can’t think for a second that even if what they had to say was relevant that anything is being absorbed. Every time I get a training invite I want to throw my IPad through the window. oh, great. Another challenger training where 4 training boobs are going to deep dive, piggy back, level set, check in, revisit, review, draft behind and drive everyone to tears. FUUUUUCCCCKKKK!!!!
