Is it because we are preparing to triumphantly return to the field ASAP so that we can make 8-10 calls per day on offices that won't let us in? I really can't wait to waste gas and watch numbers continue to implode while doing it.

This effing company sucks so much ass. I was part of the original sales force, was laid off (not bitter, seriously) after all of our shares were devalued to shit (seriously, not bitter). Then missed the perfect purchase date before the stock shot up right before the stock price jump (VERY bitter about this) bought some of the stock to see it do nothing but plummet. Maybe i am not bitter, maybe I am just stupid.
I have friends at 2 pharma companies that had major layoffs in the last week. They were at small and mid-size companies.
The east coast reps should be furloughed because we are not going to get into offices until 2021. The only state doing well is Rhode Island. Not sure how the rest of the states are doing, although it seems better than us. I'm fine with being furloughed, I can enjoy my summer.
You do realize if you’re furloughed, you probably won’t be taken back right? You also may not get unemployment, may have to settle for say, 30% of your paycheck. And I’d like to see what type of volume RI brings in. Areas hit hardest are what makes up most of the bottom line for company.
