Yes it would be much more likely for MG to become CEO than Mike. You need to know how to talk to investors. That's literally the most important part of the job. Mike doesn't do that at all. Nor is Mike really all that involved with business development. This is why it would be much more likely for your CFO or head of global commercial ops (Murdo) would be ceo material than a tertiary type of senior leadership functional area head.
