Surely costs are being scrutinized and things will be very different after this crisis. Until a vaccine and if a resurgence in the Fall that also will affect the total picture. Surely some retirement packages will be given to thin out a bloated sales force. Bottom line sales figures non working physicians, etc. Everything will be carefully assessed. Some areas of the country will go back to work later. Probably bonuses April onward will be discontinued as the entire country cannot be on the same playing field.

Dream on. There will be cuts, but not a chance of early retirement packages. Think about all the cuts that have taken place, large and small and those that have been impacted in the past few years and the lawsuits that will follow if there are packages offered. Why did these people get it but not those that were cut over the last 6, 12, 18, 24.... months? Where's the line? The lawsuits would be endless. Jobs will be lost across all sectors across all companies. They are watching sales by the day and doing the analytics and seeing how little impact sales people really have. They'll be first to go

Nonsense they can cut anywhere and anyway as the bottom line is profit. The company will do what is best for them and they always have and they always will. The entire business model will be totally different after final trends/numbers are looked at. Stop being stupid or naïve.

Credo is only for good time not bad time. Money first during bad time.

Credo is just there to be there and nothing more. This company does what is best for this company and not the employee/s. It is not 'non profit" is it for "profit."

Global warming will be fixed and Donal Trump will care about poor people and civil rights before you see any voluntary incentive packages for folks to leave J&J....in a 20% unemployment environment....get real! J&J will gladly drop costly old employees for a new cheaper workers...and there will be thousands knocking on J&J's door.

They need to get rid of the toxic waste dump in consumer before it actually does make people physically sick. I have never seen such atrocious behavior in my career where managers only rule and govern with fear mongering because they have no idea how to do their job and treat people with exceptional experience like co-ops.

You mean they reached their level of incompetence? So when in doubt rule by fear because you add so little value yourself? nothing new.
