The sky IS falling and it's raining COVID-19! Seriously, if you are planning for a long-term career in pharma sales, you need your head examined! Yes, there will always be reps. But we are about to see a massive shift in how big pharma staffs their field salesforce. Get used to more travel where overnights are the norm. You will be conducting "zoom" meetings with customers from your hotel room or from your car. You will become a "traveling salesman" in the truest sense of the word. It's changing at warp speed and you know our leaders are incapable of making any sort of change positive.
