Could someone please explain the ANSR incentive compensation plan? I’m an account manager but was wondering how the bonus worked on the other side with fanapt and hetlioz
The Fanapt is 50% of bonus and Hetlioz is 50% of bonus. Goal for hetlioz is 5 intakes. Hope that helps?
Per quarter. Training bonus and then don’t expect a bonus after that. The goals for both products are unattainable.
Bonus is unattainable and you’ll be expected to promote off label. They won’t come right out and say it but rest assured the intent is you better comply and sell it to everyone regardless of the diagnosis. Worst company ever! You’ll regret ever taking the job!
You think they will do the right thing and pay people this quarter? They screwed everyone first quarter and sales keep declining! There is no control on who is open because of Covid so how can you punish us for that?
sales declining? Dont tell that to Wall St! Although, somehow Poly always figures out how to make revenues look like they're going up. Seriously, has anyone written a Hetlioz Rx since January? Forget writing, what about those insurance appeal boards? Are they even holding hearing?
I guess Vanda can never do the right thing when it comes to being appreciative of their sales force. Begging for off label and then not paying bonus. If you think by staying you will get the yearly bonus then guess again. They will find a way to screw the sales force any way they can. Watch your backs.
You actually think we’re going to pay to retain you? Here’s your retention bonus... Get back to work or be fired!
So now they are paying it til the last possible day in the quarter March 30 th? Jeez now will they even pay it
