2020 Goals

    I am always amazed at the logic of leadership when it comes to compensation. The line goes that leadership is paid the big bucks because they make the real strategic decisions. In the case of Flemming his incompetence will ruin the company. It is just extremely sad that the workforce will bear the brunt of his arrogance while leadership moves on to the next project pockets filled with cash.
    Where are our bonuses???
    Why have targets not been adjusted to covid???

    How do you know? No goals have been announced! Unless you know something we don’t! Yes, it’s crazy that we will get goals now, but maybe They will be reasonable ?

    Oh yes! Goals will be reasonable! You naïve Dummy! Just like EB is ethical, NJ is trustworthy, AG Is not a whore... leadership is a great honest bunch of folks!

    To all the field reps and whoever else the dominant groups of folks complaining here are... Head office folks and non-US employees post on CP too. Office people have unachievable 2020 targets and can kiss their bonus goodbye! Anyone not in sales won’t see a dime this year:(

    Just look at history- shire’s goals became completely unattainable once Flemming took over. Huge bonus turned to no bonus and people were either let go or left. Same will happen here. This guy has a pattern of this.

    2020 bonuses are like Wall Street’s “Money Never Sleeps". Flemming & the Board figured out how to suck employees dry.

    it is a universal truth that people like sex! yes, sexcapades at company meetings and sexcapades in the boardroom while constantly exhorting staff do 'do the right thing' happen all the time!

    The rules of the bonus game are not changing despite COVID-19 and the bonuses are cut this year so people aren't happy.
