Non competes not enforceable in the court of law in Right to Work states. It is just a corp thing for scare tactic and only enforecable in states that are NOT right to work states.
Even then, Pfizer doesnt enforce on reps, just HQ & upper mgt & employees with patent/product information.

Finally our VP told us to go look at Gilead & competitors and encouraged us to do so. Said if found something more financial for our families that he would support & wish us well. Its all on video tape in front of 350 people as witnesses.
So roll dice even if have a non compete if you are a rep--- Pfizer is not going to do crap. Just dont disclose you have a non compete as it will likely scare off companies & automatically screen you out

A State's Right to Work Laws always upheld in front of a judge.

Very True as I am from a family of Employment Lawyers. But Xeljanz reps have nothing to worry about it because of the 125 who posted online, NONE got job offers.
Mostly Abbvie & Genetech reps were offered last month.
(They didnt think highly of Big Pharma or Xeljanz reps so you nothing to worry about)
