How many employees need to leave before HR realizes that there are limited opportunities for non-HQ employees?

Several Internal Candidates were promoted this year - 1 MSL, 2 TLLs, 1 RBD.

Also 5 NKOTBs, 4 REMs, 2 TLCs, and 5 ACDCs

Just being at Alnylam is a huge opportunity. Leave. I’ll refer one of my friends who would love to be in your shoes.

I'm guessing that the shoes are Louboutin, then.

The internal promotions are incredibly few compared to the amount of growth Alnylam has had and the promises that were made to legacy hires about opportunity.

I'm sorry, but the fault is yours for believing them. In start-up mode, companies promising that majority of promotion will be from within is an old industry carrot-dangling tactic. As soon as the promotions are announced, its almost as if they chuckle as the current employees line up, only to be told time and again "Not good enough for that level. Sorry"
"But you're so GOOD at your current job. Why would you want that next level up?"
"Just give me 4 more years and THEN maybe you should try again..."
I won't say more than that because I dont want JG to yell and curse at me on here.

Hopefully, the reps that are leaving will mentioned it at their exit interview.

At least you weren't told that Alnylam doesn't have "management on-the-job training".

They absolutely do have on the job management training. Look at the recently promoted sales director for Luma. She will need all the training she can get.

He will force TG to hire more former Shire people.

How many people were talked out of interviewing for Givosiran and Lumasiran?

TG needs more than training - dumb as a doornail.

The new management will only promote the total kiss-ass cheerleader types. Sorry worker bees.

Yep, worker bees always get screwed.

Mara gets screwed - she used to sleep with reps when she was at Baxalta.
