we need to enjoy the ride while it lasts as this is not lasting much longer regardless of any contract signed.

All good things come to an end. They won’t pay us to sit at home forever.

The virus won’t last forever either. New indication soon- doesn’t make sense to lay off now.

If the office access is terrible and we are just trying to make joint sales calls with our janssen counterpart then there is not much value provided by us. I’ve had zero virtual calls since this virus started and zero zoom calls.

why would you make joint virtual sales calls with your janssen counterpart? Did you do that before the virus?

There were not any virtual calls before the virus. The answer to that question would be no.

you miss the point. In this example it doesn’t matter if the sales call is virtual or in person- why are you making calls with your JBI counterpart? Make your own calls or you become the reason they don’t need us.

With the new selling environment for most of the country, even if we were all told to return to work tomorrow we would be force to make joint calls as it would be 2 reps per territory calling on 2-3 offices that allow reps. these doctors offices will be changing how they interact with reps to make their patients feel safe. Been to a doctors office recently? I saw my personal doctor and as a patient I had to call the office when I arrived before entering their office to check in. then I was escorted directly to a patient room. No one was in the reception area.

Does anyone know if the derm, GI, and Rheum contracts are on the same time for expiration or are they each their own individual contract? This would be good to know if they would let all the contract reps go at the same time or do it by specialty? I think derm is the safest with the new indication for Tremfya.

None of us our safe... In my area I don;t think more than 3-5 doctors will allow reps for 2020.

In my area there is one single quack doctor that is seeing reps in the office. Looks like the pajama party will last through 2020.

Today was our virtual launch meeting for tremfya. They showed a slide of the minimal call activity from the last 3 months. That sums up our job security here... The free ride is almost over. We can't fake it forever.

We are being pressured to make calls together to boost call activity for tracking purposes. Otherwise, with our limited access we will not have much use to janssen.

Anywhere from $500-$2000 per hour. Depends how quickly you can enter your fake calls into the iPad. Sales don't matter. Only call activity and metrics.

i am getting paid about $1000 per hour when I factor in conference calls plus time for admin work to hit my call metrics.
