They call it a furlough. Look it up.

In all honesty, at this point I don't think anyone really knows. Depends on access, how long decreased access will last, etc. What we do have going for us is a new product launch, so I can't imagine anything like that would happen until 2022. But again, who knows!!

I just did. It's not the same as part-time.

Seriously? That drug should sell itself.

Do you have a point you’re trying to make? Are you worried about the semantics of it? Most companies are furloughing people at a percentage of their pay, but not asking them to work.

Here we are 2/3 through the quarter, and still no word on IC plans. After getting POA 1 payout, I noticed they went back 5 weeks of bonus to not pay out. Clearly, we were in the field for at least 2 of those, so I feel at least that was stolen from me. As for my territory, I have yet to see the "surge" in March. It has been slowly trending at about 15% growth. I worked hard before, and I have been doing my Engage meetings to keep things rolling. I am not home in my PJ's. I hope we are rewarded for our efforts. Novo keeps saying they do what is right for us. I want to see those words lived up to.

Maybe you don't have a great relationship with your DBM, but at least in my area this is something we have been discussing openly, even had our RBD join a recent call and speak very frankly about this topic. It's being worked on, many moving parts and complications, I'm sure you would agree. Whether it's 0, 50% or 100% for all of the field, I think I would accept any of those scenarios and look forward to just moving on to Q3.

    That’s Great for your Region.
As far as our Region, DBMs are too busy worrying about job justification, and NEVER ask RBD tough questions. All sunshine and rainbows, and any rep with a real question is eternally put into “the parking lot”.
We have had ZERO updates on IC/Goals and the majority of the territories are back in the field, took a significant loss for
    “March Fairness” bonus @ 100%.
We hear ZERO from DBM, RBD, Area Level and Higher.
“Don’t worry, Novo always does the right thing”....Really. What else ya got???

have to agree with you here. Not yet back in the field, but soon. No communication on this for us either which is a little weird since q2 is already over, but trust something fair will be put in place.

Ya’all actually think they are going to have a Q2 bonus payout in August? Hell no!

Why do you think they are being so silent about it? Why do you think we haven’t gotten a direct answer yet? They’d be fools to tell us they aren’t paying us a bonus for Q2 until after Q2 ends in June. They want to squeeze every little bit of work that they can out of us, and then come July 1, we will get an email saying “Unfortunately, due to the current climate we will not be paying out a bonus, thank you for continuing to be part of one team Novo Nordisk and for understanding our cost cutting measures during these challenging times, be grateful you still have jobs, blah blah blah.”

    Mark my words. It’ll happen.

Unfortunately I think you may be right. I hope they come up with something, however as many of our territories are doing well right now!
