    He single handedly destroyed shire . He comes in to make companies attractive to sell off . He cuts costs , shrinks sales forces to make the company attractive to buyers. He came to shire in 2013 and was about to pull off a merger with Abbvie when Obama changed the laws for overseas tax breaks and the deal fell through. He was then stuck and drove the company into the ground until takeda game along. He destroys everyone and everything he touches. Expect goals to become completely unattainable and the national average to stay well below 100 and you won’t get bonuses. and no, he won’t be curving anything to correct for incorrect forecasting. Get the hell out ASAP. He also regularly checks cafepharma and his minions all do to and reply on here often.

    Flemming destroys everything and everyone. He is totally insane! And a total back stabbing ass wipe!

    He is looking at Galderma as a lifeline after he got kicked out of Shire-Takeda.
    As a result of his incompetence Flemming will leave a trail of destruction here too. Our employees will pay a high price for it while he will be adding more millions to his personal account. He will be the only winner. Everyone else loses. GET OUT NOW!

    According to Glassdoor, and several other sources Flemming is the worst CEO in Pharma! No one likes him.

    Growing pains are to be expected, but what we’ve been experiencing is a raw collapse of respect, trust, communication, leadership, strategy, process and culture.

    Can this continue and for how long ? I don’t get the sense that things are going to improve.

    Thomas and Flemming. They need to go.

    Flemming was the beginning of the end for Shire. Don’t believe a word he says. The collapse of respect, trust, communication, leadership, strategy, process and culture is exactly what happened when he took over at Shire. He’d sell his own kids if the price was right, his mother too!

    Galderma’s biggest problem is that Thomas & Flemming are extraordinarily arrogant and do not listen. They believe they are the smartest guys in the room and want to make sure everyone knows that. Your view does not count.

    Thomas, Flemming and Christian are huge disappointments out to protect themselves at all costs including throwing many many good people under the bus. Would not be surprised if they threw their own mothers under that same bus.
