Considering a position in the company however I keep hearing about a growing number of people being fired or quitting. This seems to be internally and field based employees. Can someone please shed some light as I do not feel these stories are convincing.

Not true unless it’s in the Neurology division.

They push you to do cross the line and no matter what it takes. When you get caught they blame you. Look at the history of this biogen shithole

Where management is poor this is bound to happen. A perpetual state of chaos is unsustainable!

It is astounding they bring in the least qualified field management team to lead the most important arm of the company. Hiring managers from other companies who claim to have some form of experience in rare disease does not translate to understanding our business. Tolga has failed in every aspect.

This company is filled with soulless asswhacks. SM, LM.....Gordon whitebread......all would slice up their young for their paychecks. Worst “leadership” ever......Biogen, Pfizer gutless parasites.

My personal favorite is when the compliance police call us to rat out someone because someone else has ratted them out......can’t make this up! around and around the drain it goes!

If we didn’t have so many unethical scumbags doing what they do to get patients.... maybe none of this would happen.

Oh F the F off....... this place was driven by scum from the beginning - Lenny and Hallal created a culture of shit - Bloomberg sniffed it out - board brought in Baxalta boys to attempt a clean up & now it's a big pharma puke party. Let's see who has the stomach to stay after vesting. Anyone worth a shit has left or is trying to do so.

YUP! Whoever wrote this is right on the money! They do pay speakers and expect scripts and my manager saying things such as "oh none of our speakers have prescribed yet" ...really idiot - who made you a manager? They are very aggressive about being off label, unethical, and everyone covers each other. The Louisana rep is doing prior authorizations for her clinics in neurology ...won 2 president's club and nobody questions her oh how she is doing it. glad her fat ass lost some weight!!!

No one at the company takes anything seriously unless you go to HR and tell them you are blowing the whistle. Then you’re out too.

Whatever you DO NOT CALL HR! (PERIOD). Call a lawyer first . One of the most unethical HR Departments I have witnessed.
