I just got back from the lake earlier. About 4:00 AM we got a lot of rain which lasted until about 8:30. Mostof our friends decided not to go this morning. But now the sun is trying to break through, and the rain has stopped.

I am curios why people are still staying around in this business. Move on!

 

Too many years in. Need to hit the 55 and 10 years mark . QOL and healthcare in retirement main reason

 

That is why we don't have top talents

 

That is because we are really service reps. If we were sales reps we would be paid commission . Oh and we have contracts

 

All sales reps will be converter to contracted sales soon anyway

 

Who loves a good ole useless contract rep. Our OSR is utterly useless. I think we will just get shifted to account managers in the future..
