I agree with the comment this thread is silly. You have issues be specific.

 

Every pharma company engages in age discrimination. The problem is there’s just too many lazy old reps on autopilot that think collecting signatures is a six figure salaried position. Give me a young hungry buck any day over an ED riddled loser. We can pay them 25% less and get twice as much productivity!!

There you have it: Age discrimination is happening all over America. Not a ethical or legal problem, right? The pharmaceutical industry is known for it's Ken and Barbie, bagel boys and girls that begat youth. Times have not changed. But the truth is, old and young, both steal volumes in their suits, slacks and skirts.
