What is with this McDermott dude...seems like he is in way over his head. Does anyone know if he has any experience in the opioid market or managing. Looks like he’s lost.
He has really shown his lack of leadership during the Corona Virus work from home period we are in. Control, control, control. He is an insensitive ass who has no respect for what some of us are dealing with during this pandemic. A leader he is NOT!
I hear you! I had the experience of witnessing it first hand last week. I feel so sorry for that team that they have to deal with him. His is obnoxious and full of himself. No wonder he is dead last in everything. He needs to look in the mirror and learn so leadership skills before it’s too late.
Thank goodness for a holiday weekend. So needed to get a break from this jerk. He’s on our back all the time. It is as if he is clueless about what is going on right now and thinks it’s business as usual.
It’s far from business as usual and this kind of micromanagement, track every movement stuff has got to stop. Treat people like adults! And people have to act like adults as well
