    I think a Public Relations Manager needs to be hired.

    It cannot be one step forward and miles back if you want to retain your staff.

    Highly doubt it. Not enough people to do the work now, and a mass exodus being planned after vaccinations are completed. If anything retention bonuses need to be issued.

    People don’t leave jobs, people leave bad management. The management is an horrific bunch of micromanaging sadists. Work like management needs to be installed buddy. Now!
