Why do we have NFCs? They are providing nothing and relying on reps to do their jobs then taking credit where credit isn’t due. Overbearing accounts with physicians and locking reps out. So wrong. I get they’re trying to justice job security for their useless position but it has to stop. Aggressive fake calls and all by them. Needless position. They’re not impacting systems. Just relying on the reps to further their worthless position.

Without them, AFCs would always win the Superbowl.

My district agrees. NFCS have to do “something” otherwise they would truly have nothing to do everday. They know they need to do so for job security.

Haha perfect. Our NFC has no relationships other than what they have stolen and monopoliezed to justify their extience. They have failed to capitalize or barely tap into systems. So they try to
take over key accounts to justify their dog walking sit at home jobs 40hr/week. Look at the numbers. Ask the reps. They are so frustrated with their sneaky fake call account tactics to justify their position. They are not Impacting systems. They are faking calls and using reps to justify and obtain appts and their presence. They don’t even know acct specifics. Or contacts. They rely on reps and then take credit for fake interactions. Lilly take note. Compliance is being called.
