I’m up very late every night, even on the weekends completing worthless reports and other “exercises”. My manager also wants us doing 10 in-services a week. That adds up to hours & hours of expense report admin. time. I try to keep up with it daily, but it’s difficult at times with all the other work.

What is wrong with these managers & company? I started using the little free time that I have from this job, to look for another. I’m willing to take a pay cut to have quality of life again. I’m emotionally and physically exhausted from this toxic environment at UCB. I’m depressed from consistently being beat up over the phone & the nonstop multi day, sometimes 3 or 4 in a row, ride alongs. I make the calls, nobody needs to ride with anyone more than a day and a half, two days max. I do my best with this dozen year old antiquated product with nothing else to make calls with & im still getting hammered by this crazy manager. I think they want blood from me. My manager doesn’t have anything bad to write in coaching report bc I'm doing everything right and my offices and doctors love me too.

Mgr finds the smallest things to bitch about - why haven’t you called on this target or that person with me? Well it's because they can smell your crazy ass from a mile away.

Those of you who don't think people are looking or that there are people who haven't left or about to leave then you are just as bad. I don't understand why companies seem to not care about the revolving door of reps & the time / cost of hiring & training new ones. Well now you've had a region manager leave and many people in higher leadership who made this place somewhat decent have moved on to other positions.

Everyone I know is already interviewing or looking to move on .... there is only so much crap we can take.

It would be nice to have time a little time to enjoy my life and my family without having to work evenings and weekends for this tyrant in order to make her and her boss, the only reg mgr at this time, look good. The last two quarters have been horrible. I can’t wait to take my PTO soon & send my resignation letter.

That’s the UCB Leadership MO! Get rid of them before they (the field) expose and get rid of you! Sad how horrific the leadership is in Derm and Rhu. Especially PG, MK, and GP! Terrible

 

PG is one of the biggest jokes in the industry. She has never accomplished anything on her own and she knows she's over her head but doesn't ANYONE to call that out. As soon as SHE knows someone has realized she is and empty suit, she attacks that person. It's been her pattern going back to her Centocor days.

 

Turn and run as fast as you can from this hot turd of a company.

The wafting turd scent can be easily traced back to Camille. She is easily the worst empty head in Pharma. Like a big fishbowl filled with jelly beans, concerned with only the aesthetics and zero substance or expertise.

Always be wary of people who stencil bible verses on their windshields people who tell you how rich they are, and people who tell you they are “all about the patient.” This is just a distraction from how despicable they truly are, meant to give you a false sense of security. When it’s true they don’t need to shove it down your throat.

 

Yeah, as soon as you hear "the patient is at the center of everything we do" you can be sure that what follows will be a PR Dept answer that will be fairly empty and meaningless.

 

The only difference between UCB and Purdue is that Purdue protected their crooked execs. UCB just shows the execs that are not crooked enough the door.
