What happened to her in a year at Jazz, i am interested in the oncopeptide opportunity but have heard she is an awful manager,
Get your information straight, clearly you don’t know her or her reputation at Jazz. Ask around so you don’t sound like an ignorant a-hole who worked for her and left because you sucked.
She is not clueless. She is actually very intelligent and knows her business, better than most reps. Perhaps, her biggest fallacy was hiring some of you thinking that you were competent enough to do your jobs. Now, go do something productive!
Yeah right...ask around...her reputation is not good and I’ve sat in meetings with her. She offers nothing. She is a basic front line manger.
She’s having tough time filling her team out with experienced reps. Umm wonder if her reputation is widely known.
Why is saying she is not good at her job or a good leader being, ‘an evil, jealous hater’? I know her well. She is mediocre at best, and pretty darn bad at worst. It’s OK. Not everyone is stellar at their job. No one is saying she’s a bad person or unethical, just that she is a weak leader and not overly knowledgeable when compared to many of her peers. That’s life. Good for you for telling us how you see her, however that is your opinion and clearly there are others with an opposite or different view. Nothing evil about having different opinions nor discussing it on a pharmaceutical board.
Well, damn. If being good at your job was a prerequisite to work at Jazz, 90% of the frickin staff would be gone.
I interviewed with this woman at Celgene. I spoke with the out going rep and she is the reason he left after being there a short time.
