Biohaven-We completely understand we need to launch well and we all want to do what’s right for our company and patients. Please understand that Physician offices are trying to adjust and are very busy during a time that is new to all of us. Managers need to back off. We need to give these offices a break and time to adjust.
Not only are offices adjusting and changing how they see patients. Patients are dying from this virus. STOP Office staff are getting laid off. Managers-Give these doctors a break for a bit and your reps. Have some empathy. The last thing they want is reps calling right now. We look foolish. Give it a break and have managers lay off reps for a bit longer then start your plans up.
No kidding.. we are here for the patients or that’s what we were told. Company has way too many managers.. they are out of control and micromanaging.. get a life fools!
