Fda issues the delay within 0-5 days of each pdufa date. Find out out this week either way.

 

They already issued a 90 day delay back in March.

Seriously one of the worst companies in biopharm. How hard can it be to get a 505 b2 submission approved YEARS after getting great data? Absolute clown show.

 

There is a definite lack of accountability here. Has anyone ever been fired or is it just Commercial folks leaving on their own because they see the writing on the wall?

 

Zero leadership accountability, just more bonuses and stock options for the clowns that keep failing. Quite sure BQ wants to sell this POS if he ever gets the chance. Will make tens of millions despite having the worst approval record in the industry.
