Anyone is better than JH. She’s insane. Just ask her last 2 districts. Everyone was miserable

 

You could say that about 50% of the districts at OD. Many DMs are awful and they replace them with awful DMs.

 

Get your facts straight, JH was a good one. Big loss, HUGE!!!!!

We have more of a senior leadership problem than we do at the dm level. Our regional directors are hacks being led by the nations pharmaceutical dermatology failure. How can you expect a dm to do her job when we can't even manage to do basic leadership execution from the top? Our problem isn't in front of us rather it's about us.

So true! It’s actually terrifying how ineffective the leadership is. Every call consists of rd’s “kicking it back” to one another for the first 15 minutes. Who cares what they have to say?!?! Especially AB with that vocal frye. I can’t stand listening anymore. Delusion at it’s finest.

 

I have been logging in and putting those annoying c.c. on mute and walking away for awhile! I am happy for it too!
