Sad to see the dissolution and resignation of many MSLs on team. New VP (LD) has zero experience and no trust in field team. Too busy posting quotes on LinkedIn and watching Ted Talks. New MSL director brought in from outside has no Oncology or leadership experience. Her resume is a lesson in how to title-jump from company to company. Kudos to her hacking of HR department and swindling her way in. Hopefully PH has the cajones to cut ties of these two before we have no more MSL and Med Affairs left. Stay away until they make things right here.

while I don’t disagree it still speaks volumes of the terrible culture we have at Eisai, especially in oncology.

Oncology in general has crazy high turnover at Eisai. I have been here 1 1/2 years now and, I am the senior person in my division. It's all due to management acting like this is a primary care job. People will continue to leave as long as that goes on.
