Is it me, or has anyone else noticed that Mike may be, just may be a coke head?

Brad Chapman is a great person to work with if you don't report to his team, you are asking for him to lead something and take credit for something. While he's a nice enough bow tie wearing Southern Boy, remember, this, how many VPs do you know that did not leave a body count to get where they are? Brad is one of the better ones but I don't know a single reportee who said good things about whether he supported them.

Brad Chapman is certainly one of the more average/borderline good achievers in the world of fluffy, ambiguous, superficial, aggressive/passive aggressive, excellent communicating, vendor managing, self-promoting, marketers - and he has relatively delivered value in comparison with the utter morons in UCB, e.g. Brenda Varney (hot ass 30 years ago), Moni Chand (complex-I'm-not-a-physician-like-my-siblings), Brian McCurry (doh.......what's psoriasis, is that itchy-skin-disease?), Simon Lemmy (English monk haircut asshole),

Look, a photo of Simon and Brenda - the UCB golden pair of nothingness taking credit for other people's work!

    Sorry..............where was I - oh, yeah, Brad........

When it comes to the politics, he is protected by his buddy Mike Davis who saved him from Bharat Tewarie and Mike Davis will openly defend him publicly when he has other Directors/Senior Directors question Brad's value - Mike will say "Vimpat - the launch of that was Brad, that was all him".

In my own experience, he has been pleasant enough and have witnessed him guiding others when they have asked for help, but at the end of the day, he's looking out for no. 1 - Brad Chapman.

If you want to know more about Brad, speak to his arch-nemesis Matthew Simonian, the born-again Christian Evangelical (the guy who constantly walks around with the hyperthyroidic bulging eyes and fake smile, but is a nice enough guy, but deep down as ultra-competitive as Brad Chapman)

Crad Bhapman is the sweetest guy in UCB! I love his bow tie!

Maybe not crad phapman, but looking to the future there are some great leaders coming up through the organization. Give it a year or so.... new leaders. New organization preparing for rare.

I have been at UCB now almost a year, and yes nPVU is by far more dysfunctional than iPVU. Nobody in the other PVUs wants to work with or move to nPVU.

The incompetence and toxicity are particularly concerning.

I hope that future top down changes will start to address this

Culture takes time to change and needs to start top down. Who needs to go first?

Mike and almost all of his leadership team need to go. The question is who would you keep!

COVID is allowing Mike and all of his mediocre team to survive. NOTHING would happen if they left.

I completely disagree. Taco Van Tiel should take over as the leader and you will see the difference he will be able to make.

Taco would be so much better than that fat coked up back stabber.

Is Anita Moser still at UCB?

Weirdly, you are not alone with that assumption that the fat back stabber is on coke................He shows all the signs................

Her team dislike her. That doesn’t seem to be anything new.

I would like to thank Anita Moser for single handily delivering the dynamic targeting project. Without her vision, sole dedication, intellect and authenticity, it would be never have been possible. Now UCB can let out a huge sigh of relief.
