I’m a newly hired Mgr here and I’m building a championship sales team under my leadership. I’m looking for hard workers who are coachable and will follow my direction. #thegamechangers

I’m a sales leader and will be coaching my team how to sell and win. Your attitude is awful and explains why you are unemployed. You would not make it past the first question of my interview. Geez what a malcontent misfit!

Thanks, fake toughie. What's your first question? How do you calculate the derivative of f? Shut the, hell, up.

Sales leader. That's a joke. You manage a team of mobile marketers. GFY! You, arrogant, prick.

Your momma raised a punk. Fortunately, it’s not my job to fix you. You would have never made it past the P1 phone screen anyway to even get to me. I hope you are some bored high school kid who discovered this site as entertainment. If not , I feel really sorry for you.

So what’s the latest on delay? When will reps actually have a product to sell?

    6-12 months

Uh that’s if they’re lucky. This product has a shit storm of a history. Biogen voluntarily pulled the plug on it themselves awhile back which speaks volumes.

I know someone that was hired and the range is 126K -146K with a sign on bonus and stock options.

There were people hired as low as 120 and as high as 155. Counter parts will be dreadful part of this job. They are trying to pair tenrured reps up with newbie reps to form the team. That’s an accident waiting to happen not to mention no product to sell for months.

What happens when the drug is not approved without additional studies? What will we do while the studies are being conducted? Will Biogen pay us for community service volunteer work?

This is the most likely scenario, and it will cause a 2 year delay. There is now way Biogen retains the new hires, as a rep on the MS side, I have seen this company lay-off people on multiple occasions.

I think the people coming over to the AD side understand there is some risk and accept it. If I lose my job because a drug didn’t get approve then (gasp!), I’ll find another job, just like I found this one. There’s an opportunity to be part of something pretty awesome here, and I won’t let fear of something as stupid as losing my job cripple me from going after it.

They don’t even know when they will hire the second set of reps, yet, so there is no strategy like that.

But people were hired on as high as $155k. I don’t know about going below $126k. That would be odd to go below the “advertised” range.

People without prior AD experience often don’t understand the market. Like Morgan Stanley recently stated when it bumped the stock up 2 places, there’s more to it than just data (not that they are the experts). It’s hard AF to measure clinical changes in early stage. Also, it’s not like MS where there are already so many other options. There’s a fair amount of politics involved in this, too.

True, sadly many reps only keep pharma jobs for 6-12 months now and then time to find another job. It’s only a short term pack check now and definitely not a career.

Not at all what the previous poster was referring to. But, I’m glad you got that off your chest.
