How are cars and vacation time? Are target bonus dollars realistic and are good people actually making money? Any feedback on TW?
IC is awful and small percent hit payout but you can basically work 2 hours a day here and be fine so it evens out
Take the job, a) demand a high sign on, you’ll get it b) what ever you current salary is ask for 20% bump c) literally no one works here, almost all the reps work couple hours a day Best paying part time gig ever!!
Good benefit plan and zero pressure, it doesn’t seem like they care very much about selling. I bellow was the posts about people not working, getting into accounts takes work and some just give up. Too early to say on bonus, concerns would be more around leadership there’s not much TA experience here
