The diversity team is out of control. Why is Lilly involved in politics? Is it me or did Obama close our borders to the same Muslim countries as well, but Lilly calls Trump the racist? Just like the immigrants in cages were blamed on Trump, but the pictures were from the Obama administration. We’ve become a company where you’re a racist if you’re white. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. How many more videos and training will they require us to do as they attempt to complete a modern re-education camp?
I like the training. I also am a history buff and enjoy learning different cultures/ how we can communicate better but that’s just me.
Lilly is a joke in the end of the day everyone is doing the same nothings just to pump each other up and pretend it’s great. Yes the paychecks are good but what dignity do you really have doing your modules for a living and charging 1k per prescription.
I have worked for a few big pharmacies companies and Lilly is by far the worst one to work for! If you get a chance, try to get far far away from Lilly! It is much greener on the other side!

There are no other pharma sales jobs that are greener. Pharma sales is done...over. no career in this line if work. Customers never wanted to see you before pandemic, not a chance in hell any customers will agree to see a pharma donut delivery rep. Your career is over,, better start taking classes to get a degree so you can get a real job.. so glad I got out 4 yrs ago.
Agreed. The white privilege nonsense Lilly promotes is a great example of Racial Profiling. It is like saying if you are black, you are a violent person who needs to be watched. Both are complete nonsense.
