Wonder if HR would do anything if they knew how MT talks about women? Especially when your working meetings with him! It’s just unbelievable, his head is on a swivel and his tongue is not in check! That’s probably the reason why he loves this gig. He gets to travel away from home all the time. First class all the way, NOT!

She came to BDSI for a new start and found out she's a puppet. Instead of an HR "department" they let one person handle it all. Put her in a leaking boat and said "drive the boat or swim" - "get a paycheck our way, or don't get a paycheck". And she does. I can't imagine what the regret for coming to BDSI must be, if there is any. She is made to write up and fire people while she has no understanding of why it's happening. I hope she finds her next thing soon.

 

Herm: Uh, hey, guys? I think there's some toxic, crazy shit goin' on here. You realize we are a real company, right? I mean, we can't be having the stuff in the background going on while we are trying to sell medications. I realize the market is tough, but beating the shit out of our people isn't going to work, and some of this stuff is questionable management behavior. Should we have a meeting?

SP and Friends: Uh, no. You obviously don't understand the plan about building up a company at any cost and selling it as soon as it's worth selling. If you'd been at the meeting when we all got the fuck out of Salix for a heap of money you'd get it. This whole "people make us the success we are" is horse shit. It's about utilizing people under a guise of success for them, so when we sell, we are all set. We can see from the look on your face you don't get it. Get the fuck out.

Isn't this the truth. HR has had many opportunities to protect their employees and handle serious complaints, yet they continuously look the other way, and instead get their next order from SP.

Do whatever you can to be a whistle-blower here! If SP is here, illegal off label selling is a certainty! Would to see him in handcuffs. He deserves it for the horrible things he has done to hundreds of people. Some day he will have to answer to God for being so evil!

 

Bring it! I have seen these fat, disgusting on every level white nationalists being interviewed who have camped out to listen to someone who never stops flapping his orange gums. These losers in life clearly have no life to wait for days outside for someone who talks all the time and yet they want more. They know the risks and they do not care, so why not cram as many of these white nationalist trash into the ventilated/air conditioning and shake many hands, group hugs, and coughing/sneezing while they cheer white nationalist propaganda and conspiracy theories? Oh, and I hope the obese blob of orange blubber mentions all of his "WINNING" - a weeklong epic smackdown by the Supreme Court.

Do not take a job here unless you are desperate!!!! They treat people like shit. Most of the managers are terrible, maybe a select 3 that are OK, but most will make your life miserable. Steer clear of this place, they will fuck with your bonus, your targets and your sanity.

 

Speaking of managers, how irresponsible is it of this company to start allowing managers to travel and do overnights. Most pharma companies are not allowing travel until the end of the year. Again, it show a lack of awareness and bad judgment.

Document everything, and if a manager passes coronovirus on to a rep or vice versa then sue them out of existence if a tragedy occurs when everyone returns hope and infects their family or even people you call on!
Noone is making managers travel and very few reps are out!
SP is probably sitting there all day thinking if schemes to micromanage everyone during the pandemic! What a sociopath!
