    In this time of “cancel culture” can some please explain how PL is still a terrorizing manager at this place. If we ever valued our guiding principles this guy would never have been hired. Withholding bereavement days, five CS quit, numerous complaints to KN, a glowing Koran Ferry review, binoculars at training, failing exams, the homemade spreadsheets, his own RTW policy, degrading females. Please explain how this MFer works for us at all. MJ do your job and can this tyrant.

    When HR sees or knows something they say nothing. The crap people get away with is pathetic . This goes back to the BD clowns and their ring leader who got away w shit years ago and still happening .

    What a total turd !! The guy is so full of himself. Yet he can’t do anything. I’m in another part o company and we hear the BS stories about him. Honestly how does he stay here ? Is HR that deaf ??

    Legally PL can’t hold bereaved time off or have his own RTW policy, even though he thinks He is king. But then again what does indivior do that is legal ? Nothing.

    it is really simple....we have a dipwad heading up HR and she reports to an even bigger dipwad. It is the classic British leadership approach, hide your head in the sand and everything will be fine. Getting rid of ST was 10 years overdue. Now it's time to clean out the rest of that leadership debacle.

    Another one bites the dust. Can't pass up the opportunity to get away from PL. He will be a legend. One day we will sit around at a meeting and say "remember that prick manager in Texas that ran off his whole team?" Unbelieveable.

    That’s just the “Indivior Way”. It’s been like that for years. I went through it there too and thankful it’s over. I wish I could say that HR will help but we all know that’ll be a joke. Maybe try to catch him on wire or video doing dumb shit or just wait for him to hang himself....but hang in there or update your resume. There is life after Indivior.

    This isn’t new behavior- just the first time you all are experiencing it. It was like this in Florida when KT was ABM. She broke so many HR rules it was unbelievable. Harassment was an understatement. Don’t worry, karma comes to those that abuse others, ain’t that right KT?
