Why on earth are these companies posting NEW job postings of all these jobs are full. Not saying I don’t believe you. It’s something I’ve seen a lot of companies do lately.

 

it is a branding thing. They are posting jobs so people go and check out the company and/or product. It is to create a buzz out there in the industry. Purely strategic. If they hadn't posted jobs that popped on my LinkedIn, I wouldn't have known the company existed.

$165k base with experience, $900/month and .52/mile allowance, 10,000 options, discounted stock purchase plan. Four weeks vacation, five weeks with ten years of experience, five personal days. Target bonus of $60k uncapped. Will not hire if most recent experience was in a pod. Complete drug test including hair sample, renewed annually.

Recruiter told me they are going to increase the sales force beyond 145. Looking for reps in secondary and rural areas.

 

Manager told me base range $130-$140k w/ $45k bonus. Territory is insanely huge. Two major cities 5 hours apart. That’s 2-3 times the size of other onc territories in my area. Not enough money.
