Supernus buys our CNS division?

How many of you scrubs are still in the CNS division? Hopefully you guys are making for the door before your transition to Supernus

 

It wouldn’t make sense to leave, especially when we were offered a 10% raise on our base salary to make the transition.

 

God why am I not shocked to hear this. We haven’t had a raise at Supernus in Years and you people were already making twice as much in base as some of the reps over here

 

So if you don’t mind me asking, (not the person who’s been in the industry for 15 years) What is your base/bonus structure currently ?

 

$115,000 base
$68,000 at plan bonus
$90,000 average bonus

Correct, a better way to solve this riddle is to simply take the avg total compensation at Supernus and add 25-35%.
