    This is embarrassing. Lot of attitudes are broken today. 1 CRL shame on FDA, 2 CRLs shame on Heron.

    They can try all day long to put a positive spin on this but it’s going to be approx. another year before we are able to consider a launch. Get the resume back out there. Meanwhile PCRX up almost 20%!

    What is the positive spin? Is this company dumb? CEO is dumb and CFO dumber. Why 2 rejected submissions? This company make Pacira look smart. That is a scary thought!

    Thank you Nancy C. for passing on me. I’m still “stuck” at Pacira and Heron won’t be approved for another year.
    So glad I didn’t make the cut for the Heron clown show.
    I really didn’t think there was a more inept management team than Pacira, congrats the crown is yours! Wear it with pride. You earned it!!!

    Is it possible to get a third crl ?
    I kicked the tires here too but decided against staying in the mix. Not a hater And feel bad for the ones waiting around for the start date that is not happening for a third time. 2021 is hopefully a better year for us all

    In all seriousness, what the hell is wrong with this team? Have any of you done this before? You are a laughing stock when it comes to CRLs. Maybe stop allowing incompetent HR to hire their incompetent friends into important leadership roles and spend some money on real talent or a team of consultants? By the time you get it together we’ll all be dead of COVID or opioid addiction.

    It’s really a shame, there was so much promise with this one and you simply can’t execute. You should all be embarrassed.

    All the pain franchise folks should jump the ship ASAP as it is not going to be possible for company to offer free paychecks for another year.

    The best option is to sell this asset to someone who is good at doing this. The teams working on this are absolutely incompetent and are being paid for doing nothing other than showing their attitudes.
