ENDO had almost yearly layoffs from 2010-2018. This is a high risk position. Proceed with extreme Caution!!!
DM sucks. He SUCKS at his job, his team looks miserable. Guy quit that terr along w many others who were forced or quit bc of the DM. He unfortunately was promoted but can’t walk the walk and it’s killing morale and culture. Other teams are very happy so if you can find something elsewhere it’s a great company. This guy is managing out not up. Take a closer look Endo bc you have very good people on that team..he hides behind his worker bees
If you are out of work or desperate to get another job, take a look at Endo. Otherwise I personally consider Endo the worst year of my life and found it to be a toxic atmosphere. Some great reps but most of the stellar people in management and/or leadership get pushed out by some of the most incompetent people in industry. Run, don't walk, away from this.
Just received my offer letter. It mentions compensation is $380 per week, $19,760 annually. There is an incentive compensation bonus equal to 15% of my mangers bonus income. Healthcare and 401K is not included, but half of my child's college education is funded. YAY!!!
