Well this was a fucking PR disaster. I get bitched at by my two biggest customers for taking PPP while their requests for PPP were not filled. Now we are giving it back. We get the shame but no money.

The product is valid not sure the people running it is. I keep hearing they are trying to turn it in a Pharma sales model with logging calls with decreased compensation. Crowded marketplace is versatility, relationship, studies and reimbursement. Not glossy sales pieces and fancy sales pitches. Management needs to understand your marketing department can drive the company into the ground if you try to win only in a marketing way. Pay your people well and they will work hard to find a way.
