That is the IV formulation used only in hospitalizations, not the injectable which is different dose & formulation w patent 2035.

True FACTS with new LOE 14yrs.

That is why Lilly just ponied up 1.8 Billion to co market the drug w Pfizer. Big big long term blockbuster.

I am a SHR 2 and got a small raise 4k but agree w posts that expectations across all reps where very high due to VP RDs DMs hyping up huge the last 6 months. So it was a huge disappointment.
Do not tell us reps "we are going to increase salaries to keep our top talent..... to compete w other companies recruitng our best reps...etc"
These other companies Xeljanz reps have bolted for & that are recruiting "the top talent" " best reps", ALL are offering 170k plus salaries.
(Biogen, Genentech, BMS, Advance Therepuetics, Novo)
So that is about 40-50k more than the avg I&I rep.
VP RDs DMs do not do this hyped up dont deliver BS next time.
Been best not to have said anything at all & just out of blue given 5k raises. That would have been more motivational but because of LACK of true leadedship Pres VP down (and a VP who likes to run his mouth to hearself brag), they ran their mouths ended up creating more dissatisfaction & non-motivation w the reps.

    LOL-- Typical Xeljanz division fashion.
The entire past year, all I have heard in the field from reps is how it is horrendous the Culture is, Lack of Leadership Talent, Good Old Boy Network, Primary Care activity model, & inappropriate behavior ramped through the ranks. Sounds like VP runs the division like a Frat house not knowing what 2+2 is.

If you are not in I&I then do NOT go there.
If you are in I&I try to find another division to lateral into.
My 30yrs I have never heard so many unmotivated reps & craziness than I ve heard the past year. So just relieve yourself of the situation if you are not happy.
If you are happy, then great. Ride out the next few yrs, take your severance when the division collapses post LOE then look for another job.

That division is Toxic & Pres VP RDs & most DMs created the worse Culture in global business any industry. It is bad from the handful of I&I reps I know.
Xeljanz reps are just disgusted at all levels of that division
Derm reps think HQ leadership is step lower then IM & PC with 100% PC mindset.
BioSimilars just can not sell period, they can tall GPO pricing, buy bill but can not sell Free Water to a person in a desert with no water.
Selling skills pathetic. Several DMs left for other companies and NOT 1 took an Biosimilar ep with them! That speaks volume of lack of salesmanship.

    I am not complaining,
    - I got bumped to 20k to 115k.
    - Turn in my Xeljanz weekly call report by 9pm every Friday.
    - Do my following weekly plan objectives & sent to DM by Sunday night
    - Send her my Top 10 targets SWOT update on activities completed every month with my month end reports
    - I detail every expense in explanation box so never have a exp report returned.
    - I send my post call summary of calls for the day by 6pm every evening (simple veeva cut past send-- takes 30 seconds)
    - send my KOL call continium every Friday to DM , which only changes few times a quarter so mostly same document
    - send my Rnivoq, Humira, Enbrel Offender lists & plan for turning around on time. So what if it is daily or weekly.

For 6 figures it is not much to ask sending in required reports & follow up daily, weekly, monthly. Many industries have lot more to turn in & make half of what we do.
So just do your tracking, metrics & plans on time then no issues. Hell you are making 100k plus.

Congrats, now your base is only 30k less than Genentech and other Biotechs.
Your Bonus is still 15k less a year & your RSU stock is 50k less (oh forgot you do not get those unless you are top 5% sorry)

The average Pfizer rep makes $91k a year in 2020 (Forbes report).
The average Xeljanz rep makes $142k, a whopping $51k more than the avg Pfizer rep..
So shut the hell up you ungrateful overpaid do nothing clinical reps with clowns leading the division into the ground.

At 100k you are over paid, at an avg of 142k you are way overpaid for what you do. Your stand up little 30sec marketing pony show & tag lines of Rapid Powerful Relief for basically just 1 product is a laughing joke. (dont try to use Inflectra as a responsibility as 99.9% of that product is contracted by Biosimilar reps)

You all are getting 50k more than most Pfizer reps so enjoy it while it last as if you have been with Pfizer longer than 10yrs then you know the blood bath patterns of dissolved upon LOE of Neurology, Psychology, Opthomology , Anti Infectives--- all strung out by Pres & VP "getting another product, need saleforce ect" to only be completely collapsed & dissolved.
All 4 divisions were 100% exactly same way & Xeljanz has been following the actions & models to a "T" perfection.
So enjoy your overpriced salary as in 24months the division will be 50% less with the impact of tele reps proven the last 5 months and in 48months the division will be no longer.
