Galderma needs to show growth. High debt ratio is not ideal but lack of growth kills us. A string of several small acquisitions could make sense.

 

I get wanting to wait it out. But if a good opportunity elsewhere comes my way, I am taking it.

 

We should expect a significant impact on sales in Q2 due to covid. Worse than anticipated. Q3 highly likely yo be affected too. This will lead to cost cutting measures.

 

I got a confirmation that the new organization blueprints show that all the functions in markets will report to HQ Function Heads not to local GMs. And then as a second step, Market Head/GM positions will be eliminated, Commercial Business Unit Heads will report to Global BU directly or through region heads. Field forces are okay but there will be a big cut here in Rx and Aesthetic.

 

I suggest we all do what we do best: When we get back in field bs calls so we look like were needed
