    ?
hey hot shot, good for you. Let s see if you make 300k this year

Maybe you get laid off and cant find another gig like that , be careful with your arrogance,

You are only as good as your territory and support.

I have witness it all come crashing down for many reps

Seen many reps do very poorly after great performance at other co. tread lightly!!

Watch your arrogance. You are in a very good situation but it will not last for ever,
you think you are better than us but you are not.
you could be looking for a job and never find anything close to this again

What is this sales forces future in the next 3 or 4 months ? Layoffs in a few months or realigning with bigger territories ? I’m curious what you all think ? I think 8201 will retain headcount with another ADC coming in 2021

I will not. I am substantially better than you, in fact the Governor has told me I’ll be prioritized for COVID treatment over you. I matter. You don’t.

Am I a fat and lazy pharma rep? No. I’m in the gym by 3:00 every day. Lazy? No. I get what little work is required efficiently done from 10-2. AM is kids off to school, PM is my time and hitting 250k is standard. I’ll retire at 55. If you want to work hard all day and have a “fair” IC plan.....go sell insurance, real estate or be a 1099 rep. If you want to skate then pharma is a very smart place to be but you better be skilled at navigating the sometimes turbulent waters.

250 is standard? For how long? Because you weren’t sniffing that selling Savaysa, Effient, or The Benicar franchise. Congrats on feeling like you can navigate the turbulence, but we are all just hired guns. When you leave, the train keeps rolling.

So ... what is the consensus? Will we stay at current headcount or have a lay off later in the year ?

let me pull out my crystal balls and have you rub them together. The company is at a standstill right now. They are trying to preserve everyone until it’s time to pound the pavement with our billboards. Be patient there Lucy, you will be soon acknowledged by your physician.
